Question: How do I recycle/reboot/refresh the board when it won't recognize the pen? Answer:
Disconnect the USB from your computer.
Disconnect the power from the back of the board (lower black cord on left hand side, NOT the wall) for 5-10 seconds. Note: if the red/green power button on the side does not go out, you haven't pulled the right cord. On some boards the cord may be on the top left on the back.
Reconnect the power and USB.
Push Red Button on the side till it turns Green.
If the computer image doesn't display on the board, go to system preferences (on a Mac), choose Display, and choose "detect displays."
Recallibrate pen if necessary.
Question: How do I hide/show an object? I downloaded a flipchart that allowed students to click an object and it showed a window revealing the answer. Would love to know how I can do that. Answer:
